What we do
Science has proven that Hope is a powerful strategy for a better life. The Shine Hope Company is on a mission to activate hope around the world, and The Shine Hope Store an extension of that mission, providing you with access to our impactful products that teach the ‘how’ to hope.
The Shine Hope Store also supports iFred, a 501c3 working to teach kids hope around the world.
When you visit our website or become part of our subscribers, followers, or supporters, you’ll have access to all information about our materials, contents, and courses.
The Shine Hope Store Name, Copyright & Intellectual Property
We own all right, title and interest in and to the name “The Shine Hope Store” and its associated materials, contents, and courses. You agree that all goodwill associated with your use of the name and materials of “The Shine Hope Store” will insure to the benefit of the “The Shine Hope Store”. You agree to use the name “The Shine Hope Store” solely in accordance with our instructions. You agree that you will not make “The Shine Hope Store” part of the name of a website or social media site without our prior written permission. You cannot use the name “The Shine Hope Store” to collect donations or raise funds for your own benefit.
Site Ownership and License to contents and courses
We own all right, title and interest in and to the content on the website, including, but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, images, designs, graphics, videos, audio, curriculums, workbooks, research, courses, any and all derivative works or enhancements of the content. Use of this website does not grant you any right or interest in the website or the content.
